As an absolute beginner in yoga, this book is truly a must have. After reading this book, I now feel so much more confident in starting my practice and am even quite excited. This is great guide for beginners and beyond. I am so glad I spent the money and would encourage others to as well!!
Some of these stretches are new to me, but even the older ones I see improvement. My favorite is the Camel with yoga blocks. What a stretch! Very effective. I also like that it only requires 15 minutes, 5 days a week. Thank you for this book!
